Delivery

Orders placed by 10.00am will be delivered the same day for local area,
otherwise next day delivery for metro area. Delivery fees apply.
Bulk orders are subject to discounts.

We also deliver interstate and international. Please allow 7-10 working days
for delivery as we use an external company and while every endeavour
is taken to ensure a prompt delivery this and can not guaranteed,
(if unforeseeable events and circumstances occur)

We recommend to order early when a specific date is required.
Deliveries are made during business hours (Monday to Friday),
with no deliveries made on public holidays.

Orders / Payment

Our boxes are available in two contemporary styles. Choose from a
horizontal box (with lid) or statue display. Please note that statue
displays are not available on some boxes that require long travel.

We have credit card facilities available. Accounts on acceptance
of approved credit applications.

We do not have facilities for American Express and Diners.

All orders are accompanied by a complementary gift card with
your own message to ensure a truly personal touch.

Same day delivery orders are required to be phoned through
and confirmed by staff to ensure same day delivery.

If product is unavailable it will substituted with a product of
the same quality.

Please note that as per the Liquor Licening Law, we are not able
to sell any gift boxes that contain alcohol to any person/s under
the age of 18. Proof of age may be requested .
