Sundays: Generally no deliveries. If an unavailable date is selected at checkout, we’ll deliver the next business day.
Peak periods: Late December can experience courier delays; please order early.
Safe drop: Local deliveries may be left in a safe place unless instructed otherwise. Australia‑wide deliveries follow carrier procedures.

Cut‑off & scheduling
- Orders placed by 5:00 pm AWST are eligible for next‑day local delivery (Busselton).
- If the website is open for dates we’re closed (e.g., Sunday), we will deliver on the next business day.
Availability & safe drop
- Local: If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the hamper in a safe place unless you instruct us otherwise.
- South West & Australia‑wide: If the recipient is unavailable, a card is left and the hamper will be available for re‑delivery or pickup from the nearest Post Office/Depot.
- Couriers may leave items where they deem it safe. Boxed Indulgence Margaret River is not responsible for loss where a courier has deemed it safe to leave.
Peak periods
- During the last two weeks of December, courier networks are extremely busy. We will endeavour to meet preferred dates but recommend ordering early.
Blackout dates
- No fixed blackout dates. When we’re away, we temporarily pause or cut off online ordering for the affected dates.

Return window: Defective merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase. Read Term & Conditions
Pre‑approval: Email gourmet@boxedindulgence.com.au with order details and photos; we’ll issue a return authorisation with instructions.
Wrong/defective item: We will refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item is defective.
Customer‑initiated returns: Return postage is at the customer’s expense. Pack securely (original packaging if possible) and include the authorisation.
Address issues/rejections: Hampers returned due to incorrect/incomplete address or delivery rejection aren’t eligible for refund or re‑delivery (perishable items and return freight costs apply).
Refund method: Original payment method within 2–3 business days of approval.
